Psych sheets are in and we have confirmed all relay participants. Note that psych sheets are not meet sheets; they are simply a list of events and participating swimmers.
AM session is for swimmers ages 11 & up (fly over starts will be in effect):

It is expected that SAAC’s Covid Protocols are respected by ALL EVENT participants, volunteers & fans
Only 2 “FANS” per family on campus. A livestream will be provided to watch the meet. Links to be sent by Friday 7/30/21. SAAC has the right to revoke all spectators’ privileges if facility protocols cannot be followed.
Swimmers must arrive and leave in their bathing suits. Getting changed in the locker rooms or on deck is prohibited. The locker room showers/lockers are also off limits. The restroom will be available with the number of swimmers allowed in at a time limited.
“FANS” WILL NOT be allowed inside during the relay events.
Location and directions:

IMPORTANT: Route 9 and Airport Road is closed at the light. Fastest detour: proceed towards SAAC and turn on S. King St. (Grace United Methodist Church on corner). Follow S. King past the Post Office, straight at 1st stop sign and left at the 2nd stop sign. This is Airport Road. Airport Road curves at the airport entrance. There is a sign "CLOSED to Local Traffic Only" - proceed around the sign (airport is on your right). There will be a sign “Route 9 “ , continue on Airport Road for 1/4 mile to the SAAS entrance. Google maps may not re-route you around the closure so please make a note of this road change.
Parking:
Handicap parking will be available adjacent to the Aquatic Center
Event staff, volunteers and coaches should park by the back entrance to the Aquatic Center (Door #14)
Fans will park in marked spaces with direction from volunteers.
Note: overflow parking is available with direction from meet volunteers.
Check-in:
All coaches, volunteers and officials will check in and receive a deck wristband. All assigned meet volunteers will have to check in no less than 30 minutes prior to the start of the assigned arrival time. Please check-in through the Pool Entrance (Door #14)
All swimmers will be required to report to Clerk of Course for all events (Door #8)
Swimmers will drop shoes in designated area outside of Door #10 (picked up at exit of building)
MASKS, goggles, caps & towels are the only items allowed past Clerk of Course
Fans will line up (with direction) after swimmer(s) are called to Clerk of Course (Door #10)

General Info:
Public restrooms are located in the NEST (building by the turf field) for FANS
Coaches, officials, parents and volunteers are not permitted in the swimmer restroom, unless in an emergency situation. A separate restroom will be available for coaches, officials, and volunteers (in pool lobby)
NO FOOD in the facility with the exception of the coach’s hospitality area
End of Sessions:
Teams will be expected to clean up their outside areas.
Trash bags will be provided by SAAC
All trash will be dropped in dumpsters at session end (located in the back of SAAC)
Lost & Found will be located at the SAAC office until 5pm on Monday, August 2nd
